This is where a personal trainer comes in. A good personal trainer pushes you over your comfort zone. It encourages you, motivates you to “do” what you should know you do.
So while a fitness DVD or a book is good, it still can not replace a good personal trainer. A DVD will not call you on the phone or even knock on your door if you do not look. A personal trainer will be. A book will not slap that burger in your hand and you punish them for even thinking about eating it. A personal trainer will be.
It is not easy to identify and format, but it can be done, including you be. They “may” in the best shape of your life to get. You can only help a little. That’s why you need a fitness trainer.
